湘西苗族蜡染中具身知识引入产品设计的路径

摘要:目的 探索基于具身知识传承的传统手工艺产品设计方法,减少设计介入传统手工艺产品创新过程中对其造成的失真性风险。方法 以具身知识的获取方式为出发点,对湘西苗族蜡染技艺中以“做”为核心的具身知识进行田野调研和归纳分析,对其中“数理结构—程式图案—融合创新”的“阶梯式”具身知识获取模型进行提取。再根据技艺本身的特点引入设计实验,针对不同“阶梯”内的知识组织不同的设计方法,以具身知识的传承为产品设计的基础,以具身知识的创新促进产品的创新,并在此过程中促进了蜡染文化的自发性传播。结果 设计并制作出蜡染手工艺创新产品两个系列。结论 将具身知识的传承模式引入当下的产品设计之中,一是有助于促进传统手工艺及其背后的文化传承,二是能有效的触动传统手工艺产品的创新。

ABSTRACT: Objective Explore the traditional handicraft product design method based on embodied knowledge inheritance to reduce the distortion risk caused by design intervention in the process of traditional handicraft product innovation. Methods Makes field investigation and analysis on on the acquisition method of embodied knowledge. Extracts the “ladder” embodied knowledge acquisition mode of “mathematical structure -stylized pattern –integration and innovation” which takes “doing” as the core in batik technology of Miao Nationality in Western Hunan Province. Then according to the requirements of the skills themselves, the design experiments are introduced, and different design methods are organized according to the knowledge in different “steps”. The inheritance of embodied knowledge is the basis of product design, and the innovation of embodied knowledge promotes the innovation of products, and in this process, promotes the spontaneous spread of batik culture. Result Two series of innovative batik handicraft products were produced. Conclusion The introduction of embodied knowledge inheritance mode into the current product design, one is to promote the handicraft and its cultural heritage, the other is to effectively touch the effective product innovation of  traditional handicraft.
